Warranty Requirements

To keep warranty coverage valid:

  • ✔ Engine must be installed correctly by a qualified mechanic or experienced technician.
  • ✔ Fuel, oiling, cooling, intake, exhaust, clutching, and electrical systems must be inspected before startup.
  • ✔ Break-in procedure must be followed.
  • ✔ All supporting systems must be clean, functional, and free of contamination.
  • ✔ Proof of purchase and install details may be required.

What Is Not Covered

Installation Errors

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fluids, poor break-in, incorrect timing, air leaks, overheating, or tuning issues is not covered.

External System Failures

Failures caused by fuel system issues, oil injection problems, clogged cooling systems, bad injectors, electrical faults, or contaminated parts are not covered.

Abuse or Damage

Damage from extreme use, lack of maintenance, water ingestion, lean conditions, detonation, or continued operation after a problem appears is not covered.

How To Start A Warranty Claim

Contact UEW

Email us with your order number, engine model, hours/mileage since install, and a clear description of the issue.

Send Photos & Details

Include photos, videos if available, compression readings, diagnostic notes, and installer information.

Review & Next Steps

UEW will review the information and advise the next step, which may include inspection, replacement, repair, or additional troubleshooting.

Important: Do not disassemble the engine before contacting UEW. Unauthorized teardown or continued operation after a failure symptom may affect warranty eligibility.
